We will create a page in TheBendGuide.com for your neighborhood. The neighborhood page will include a write up about the neighborhood along with a photo gallery, and will come up in our neighborhood guide in the appropriate part of town.
You will be able to use our realtor administration screen to add up to 12 real estate listings for houses or lots for sale in your neighborhood. These listing will show up not only on your neighborhood’s page, but also on the area of town page, and in the real estate listing section.
You will be given a 200x200 banner ad on your neighborhood’s page. In the future we are planning on adding the option for an additional 720x90 banner along the top of your neighborhood's page.
A link to your website will be displayed on the neighborhood page. Having your website rank high in the search results requires links to your site. A long term benefit of participating in TheBendGuide marketing will be the improved ranking of your own website.
Your neighborhood will be listed in the featured neighborhood section along the rightside column which shows up on most pages of TheBendGuide.
