Braebern Neighborhood

One of the few newer neighborhoods within 20 minutes of the Mt. Bachelor Ski Area, Braebern has not only location, but quality as well. The developer created a closely-knit community with cottage style homes that are each unique. Generous use of cedar shingles, wood wrapped windows, and copper makes this a beautiful neighborhood to live in. It is close to downtown, but a bit of a commute if one were to work on Bends east side. From an outdoor recreation standpoint, this is really the ideal location close to the Deschutes River, Mt. biking trails, fishing, and winter sports. The lots are small and low maintenance which allows for more time enjoying the outdoors and less time behind a lawnmower.
