Yardley Estates is one of Northeast Bend's most desirable neighborhoods. The neighborhood is located very close to the Empire parkway entrance, granting very quick and easy access to Downtown Bend. Streets in Yardley Estates get little through traffic, and are quiet and safe. A variety of builders have built homes here so the styles, price ranges, and finishes are diverse. If you are looking for a newer neighborhood with easy downtown access, but don't want to pay Westside prices, Yardley Estates may be a great option.
